Management Trainee

The Programs:

An On Job Training (OJT) program designed for self-motivated trainees to explore various departments within a certain company.

Exposure of rotations or assignments in various departments or even different business units to allows the candidates to gain insights into different functions such as sales, marketing, operation, customer care, finance or general admin.

The program usually lasts for 2-3 years and is meant to identify and prepare top quality talent as managers within Anticimex Malaysia organization.

The Requirements :

  • Qualification - Fresh Graduate, Degree, A Level or Equivalent.
  • Age Range - 21 to 26.
  • Attitude - Growth Mindsets to Be A Better Version of Yourself.
  • Character - Serve with Pure Heart & Help with Clean Mind.
  • Ambition - Want to be a Leader or Manager within 2 to 3 Years.
