Anticimex Group announces the Acquisition of Antipest Management Sdn Bhd & Hygienique Services Sdn Bhd.

Anticimex Group continues its growth in Malaysia, today announcing the acquisition of Antipest Management Sdn Bhd & Hygienique Services Sdn Bhd on the 1st of May 2023.

The acquisition of Antipest Management & Hygienique Services is the seventh addition made by Anticimex Malaysia since 2017. Anticimex intends to continue to grow rapidly through further acquisitions and strategic partnerships with key international clients, whilst remaining focused on solid organic growth centered around our sustainable SMART digital pest solutions.

Antipest Group provide commercial pest management and complete washroom hygiene services to the Klang Valley Region & Johor State. Antipest is highly respected for delivering quality pest management and bird control services to the commercial and industrial sectors, particularly HACCP & ISO 9001 certified manufacturers. Hygienique provides niche indoor air quality systems and solutions throughout its service areas.
