During this challenging time, we want to provide you with an update on our response to the COVID-19 health emergency.

Home and workplace hygiene are more important than ever during these times. As a provider of essential pest and hygiene services, Anticimex is focused on our ability to support you through this time with professional services you can rely on.

The health and safety of our employees and customers will always be our primary concern. We have Business Continuity Plans in place to safeguard all parties and we follow the recommendations of the authorities during this time. The status of the outbreak is regularly monitored by our team to ensure we seek guidance from public health officials and government agencies as needed and that we can then pass these updates on to our customers.

What can you expect when Anticimex comes to visit?

New procedures have been implemented to reduce the risk of infection for our employees and you as a customer:

• Our employees are conscientious about hand hygiene between each customer visit.
• Our employees will avoid hand greeting with you as a customer during this time.
• Our staff may be wearing disposable gloves and a mask throughout the visit.
• Our staff will keep a distance of 1.5 meters from you as per social distancing recommendations.
• Our staff will try to adjust the visit to the customers wishes when and where possible.

In these times when there is a need for reduced contact between people, we have implemented solutions that can maintain operations, as well as reduce the risk of infection.
